The Game

Going Nutz is an arcade-styled maze game designed for the 2021 Global Game Jam theme of Lost and Found. You play as a squirrel who must find the acorns hidden during the last autumn. With the help of the Demolition Ducks, excavate the hidden nuts, but watch out for greedy critters lurking in their underground lairs, waiting for the chance to gang up and steal acorns right out from under your nose!

My Part

For this game I wrote the dynamic tile placing system and the procedural cave and acorn placement system.
